Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: A) Approval Certificate, B) Service And Warranty Book In Polish; C) Owners Manual In Polish; D) Certificate Of Technical Inspection For Emergency Vehicles; E) Other Vehicle Documents Required By Law. 5.5. The Contractor Declares That The Car That Is The Subject Of The Delivery Is His Property, Is Free From Legal Defects And Third Party Rights And That There Are No Proceedings Pending Regarding The Car That Is The Subject Of These Proceedings And That It Is Not The Subject Of Security.5.6.
