Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of The Reconstruction Of The Building, Including A Change In The Use Of The Basement Rooms As A Temporary Shelter, On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art, In Particular: 1.2.1.
