The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Development Of A Design Of A Graphic Template For An Official Id Card Of An Employee Of A Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Together With A Description Of Security Measures, And Participation, Together With The Ordering Partys Representatives, In Agreeing The Id Template With The Public Documents Commission In Order To Approve The Document Template, Including Adapting The Design Of The Id Card Graphic Template To The Commissions Guidelines, B) Producing Non-Personalized Id Blanks On A Plastic Base, C) Personalization Blank Id Cards, D) Delivery Of Personalized Id Cards To The Offices Of The Competent Authorities Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate. 2.
