Expression of Interest for Preparation of the Technical, Economic, Environmental and Social Preliminary Design Studies for the Extension of the Dakar Ter to ThièS The Services shall consist of the complete execution of the technical, socio-economic, environmental and social preliminary design studies relating to the extension, under Phase III and over an approximate length of 25 km, of the Dakar TER to the city of Thiès.
