Tenders are invited for Public Supply Contract for the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Equipment for the Rwasave Fish Processing Unit in Huye District Duration of the public contract9 The contract shall commence on the date the supplier receives the award notification and shall remain in force until the end of the warranty period. The contract period is structured as follows: Two (2) months for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, starting upon award notification letter. An additional minimum Six (6) months, immediately following the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment, during which the Supplier shall provide full testing, support, and warranty services. The tenderer submits his tender as follows: The bid will be drawn up in 3 copies, one copy of which will mention original and the two other copies of which will mention copy. The identical soft copy MUST also be submitted in one or more PDF files on a USB stick. Without prejudice to any variants, each tenderer may only submit one bid per tender. The signed and dated original and copies will be sent in a sealed envelope mentioning: BID, the tender documents number (RWA20001-10109). The bid must be received before 14 July 2026 at 4:00 PM Kigali time.
