Tenders Are Invited For Engagement Of A Supervision Consultant For The Construction Of 27 No. Schools

Tenders are invited for Engagement of a Supervision Consultant for the Construction of 27 No. Schools in Zone C and Parts of Zone B in Niger State The consulting services (the Services) include: (a) Pre-Construction activities, during which the Consultant will be expected to provide technical advice to the Steering Committee/State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) on the site-specific designs to be carried out by the building construction contractor and (b) Construction Supervision, during which the Consultant will provide supervision of the building construction to ensure high-quality construction and timely completion while ensuring compliance with environmental and social standard requirements. The assignment is expected to commence in August 2026 for an implementation period of about 15 months. During the period of implementation, the Consultant will be expected to provide adequate key/non-key professional staff as defined in the Term of Reference (ToR). The Consultancy Assignment is in to covers 27 schools within the Zone A and Parts of Zone B of Niger State. The Project Implementation Unit of the Niger State Adolescent Girls Initiative and Learning Empowerment (AGILE)/Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education now invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) evidence showing the fields of the specialty of the firm (consultants profile/brochures), (ii) evidence showing that the firm is a legal entity (certificate of registration) of not less than 10 years, (iii) Evidence showing the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm in the field of assignment. (iv) Description of similar assignments (i.e., consultants past projects that are similar in nature to engineering consultancy assignment, including design and supervision of building construction and other associated services. (v) Availability of professional license.
