The Tender Procedure Concerns An Order For The Supply And Installation Of Pv Installations In Field Setups On Three Sites In The Noordkop Of North Holland: Wwtp Den Helder, Former Dredging Depot Oostoever, Balgzand (Optional). Due To The Proximity Of The Kooijmeer Military Airport, Only Glassless Plastic Pv Panels May Be Supplied At All Locations To Prevent Air Traffic From Being Inconvenienced By Any Glare From The Panels. The Specifications That The Contracting Authority Sets For These Panels Are Included In The Work Description. Offering Panels That Do Not Meet These Requirements Will Result In Exclusion From Participation In The Tender Procedure. See The Tender Guidelines.
