The Request For Information Complements The Know-How For Preparing The Request For Tender. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Procuring Entity To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request For Information, And The Procuring Entity May Not Complete The Tender. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender.
