Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Cemetery In Tuchoměřice (2)

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of The Existing Cemetery By The Adjacent New Area Located To The North On The Land Of The Municipality. As Part Of The Improvements, Tree Clearance And New Plantings, Landscaping, New Retaining And Fence Walls, New Columbarium, Road Network, And Furniture Are Dealt With. The New Cemetery Will Have Lighting, An Outdoor Outlet And Water Supply For Individual Watering Of Graves. Power Supply For Lighting And Sockets Will Be Provided From The Site Distribution Of The Existing Cemetery. The Water Supply Will Be Provided By A New Connection From The Public Water Supply. Rainwater Will Be Absorbed Across The Property. As Part Of This Event, The Existing Infill Meadow Will Be Modified At The Old Cemetery. The Order Is Announced Repeatedly. The Contracting Authority Informs The Participants That The Project Solution Has Been Modified Compared To The Originally Published Project Documentation. The Changes Mainly Concern The Following Areas: 1. Adjustment Of The Dimensions Of Columbariums: There Was A Reduction In The Size Of The Designed Columbariums And At The Same Time A Change In The Type Of Columbarium Construction. This Change Is Followed By Partial Modifications Of Related Parts Of The Project Documentation (E.G. Continuity Of Surrounding Areas And Structures). These Modifications Are Mainly Of A Technical Nature And Are Not Significantly Noticeable From The Point Of View Of The Overall Layout Of The Area Under Consideration. 2. Changing The Bench Solution: The Originally Designed Benches Were Replaced By A Standard Product. This Corresponds To The Related Modifications In The Project Documentation. Other Changes To The Project Documentation Represent Only Subsequent Technical Modifications Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Changes And Do Not Change The Basic Concept Or The Scope Of The Subject Of Performance. Participants Are Obliged To Base Their Bids On The Currently Published Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 5 And Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation.
