The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The 1St Floor Of Rehabilitation Into An Inpatient Ward For Subsequent Rehabilitation And A Rehabilitation Ambulance. Structurally, It Is A Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Skeleton With Masonry Structures. The Building Has 1 Floor, Which Is Named As Underground Floor, In Fact This Floor Is Above Ground, And Another 2 Floors Above Ground. The Misleading Designation Of The Floors Respects The Original Documentation And The Location Of All Objects In The Entire Hospital Area. The Building Is Covered With A Flat Roof And Based On Foundation Belts. The Construction Is In Accordance With The Territorial Character. The Height Of The Building Will Remain The Same After The Reconstruction, Designed With Regard To The Existing Height Level Of The Surrounding Development, Which Is Mainly Made Up Of Apartment Buildings And Civil Amenities Such As A Winter Stadium, A Supermarket Or A Primary School. There Is No Need To Solve The Spatial Arrangement Of The Plots, As It Is A Reconstruction Of The Existing Building. The Communication Is Sufficiently Dimensioned And There Will Be No Need To Solve The Supply Of The Building In Atypical Ways. The Location Of The Building On The Plot Is Obvious From The Situation. Access To The Building Will Be From The North Side Along The Local Asphalt Road On Alej 17. November, To Which The Property Is Connected.
