Project: Tender21858 - Request For Information For Electronic Document Management System . Request For Information For Cloud-Based Electronic Document Management Systems Scope Of Work This Request For Information (“Rfi”) Is Issued For The Purpose Of Gathering Information About The Marketplace In Order To Assist In The Determination Of Future Purchasing Options Or Requirements. Respondents Are Asked To Respond To The Ministry And Provide The Information Requested. The Ministry Conducts Analytical Testing At The Laboratory Services Branch (“Lasb”) At 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M9p 3V6. The Lasb Is An Environmental Laboratory Accredited To The International Iso/Iec17025 Standard And Licensed To Test Drinking Water Under Ontario’S Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002. Lasb Must Demonstrate That Its Quality Management System Meets And Continues To Maintain Compliance With The Iso/Iec17025 Standard. The Ministry Is Conducting Market Research On Commercially Available, Cloud-Based Hosting For An Electronic Document Management System (“Edms”) For Controlled Documents. Lasb Currently Has Approximately 180 Standard Operating Procedures (“Sops”), 170 Methods, 360 Forms, And Other Electronic Documents. There Are Approximately 120 Users Who Require Secure Access For Reading, Downloading, And Conducting Training On Documents. Information Will Be Collected In Summer 2026 To Support Procurement Planning In Fall 2026.
