Rfp 26-011 Intermunicipal Development Plan Consullting The County And The City Of Airdrie Project Over . Rocky View County And The City Of Airdrie Are Undertaking The Development Of A City Of Airdrie–Rocky View County Intermunicipal Development Plan (Idp). The Idp Is A Statutory Planning Policy Document That Establishes A Framework For Coordinated Land Use Planning, Growth Management, Infrastructure Coordination, And Intermunicipal Collaboration Between The Two Municipalities. To Support This Work, Rocky View County Is Seeking Two Distinct But Complementary Consulting Services Through This Procurement: 1. Engagement Consultant, Responsible For Leading Public And Stakeholder Engagement Activities; And 2. Planning Advisor, Responsible For Providing Technical Planning, Research, Policy, And Advisory Services. The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Engage Qualified Consultants To Support A Transparent, Informed, And Well‑Coordinated Idp Update Process That Reflects Intermunicipal Interests, Statutory Requirements, And Long‑Term Growth Objectives.
