These Bases Refer To The Conditions And Technical Characteristics Required For The Acquisition Of Special Garbage Bags, Hereinafter: “The Inputs”, For A Period Of Thirty-Six 36 Months. Intended To Cover The Storage, Segregation And Internal Disposal Needs Of Waste Generated By The Different Clinical Services, Support Units And Facilities Of The Establishment. The Acquisition Includes Blue Pigmented Garbage Bags, Biodegradable Compostable Bags, Heavy-Duty Garbage Bags And Black Pigmented Garbage Bags, In Accordance With The Required Technical Specifications, Allowing Continuity Of Supply To Be Maintained, Safeguarding Conditions Of Hygiene, Safety And Sanitary Order, And Supporting The Correct Operational Functioning Of The Hospital. The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Annual Purchasing Plan 2026 Pac 2026, Current Legislation, Administrative And Technical Bases, Technical Specifications Detailed In Annexes Nº3a, Nº3b, Nº3c And Nº3d, Among Others, Which Constitute The Required Call For Bids.
