Provision Of Specialized Technical Services By An Official Auctioneer, An Individual Regularly Registered With The Competent Commercial Board, For The Preparation, Organization, Publicity, Conduct, Presidency And Finalization Of Public Auctions Intended For The Disposal Of Unusable Movable Assets Belonging To The Municipality Of Uiraúna/Pb, Including The Organization Of Auction Procedures, Support For Training And Dissemination Of Lots, Conducting The Public Session, Receiving Bids, Drawing Up The Relevant Acts, Preparation Of Minutes, Reports, Provision Of Accounts And Other Documents Necessary To Completion Of The Procedure, As Required By The Administration, Subject To The Conditions Established In The Terms Of Reference, In The Accreditation Notice, In Federal Decree No. 21,981/1932, In Federal Law No. 14,133/2021 And Other Applicable Standards.
