The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Hereinafter: Vu) Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Media Strategy, Campaign Management And Media Purchasing. The Assignment Includes Strategic And Operational Support Of The Vu In The Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation And Optimization Of Media Campaigns, To Achieve The Marketing And Communication Objectives And In Accordance With The Specifications And Conditions Of The Vu. With This Assignment, Vu Aims To Work Towards A Coherent, Data-Driven And Efficient Use Of Media And Media Channels. The Vu Is Looking For Advice And Support In The Transition From A Large Number Of Fragmented, Ad-Hoc Campaigns To A Balanced Mix Of Small-Scale, Medium-Sized And Larger Strategic Campaigns. The Focus Is On Online Campaigns. The Intended Contractor Will Provide Integrated Services In The Field Of Media Strategy, Campaign Management And Media Purchasing During The Term Of The Agreement. The Estimated Contract Value Is Approximately €4,000,000 Excluding Vat, Over A Total Term Of Four Years Plus Implementation, Being Approximately €1,000,000 Per Year. Of This Total Value, Approximately 75% Falls Under Media Purchasing And Approximately 25% Under Campaign Management And Media Strategy. The Maximum Value For The Intended Framework Agreement Is Set At € 6,000,000 Incl. Vat.
