The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Bakery And Pastries Foodstuffs From The Cuisine Centrale Of Neuilly-Sur-Marne, An Independent Public Establishment Managing In Direct Contact The School Catering Of Nursery And Primary Schools, As Well As Retirement Homes. This Aims To Ensure The Public Collective Catering Service, Representing Around 3,200 Daily Meals During School Days. Around 550 Baguettes Are Delivered To The Central Kitchen On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday And Friday And 150 Baguettes On Wednesday. These Quantities Are Given For Purely Informative Purposes And Are Not Contractual. Furthermore, The Contract Includes The Supply Of Bread, Croissants And Pain Au Chocolat To The Les Rives De Paris Municipal Campsite, With Orders Placed Seven Days A Week (Excluding Closures).
