The Contract Was Awarded To A Group Order Between The City Of Lille, Its Associated Municipalities Of Lomme And Hellemmes, As Well As Their 3 Ccas, In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Application Of Articles R2124-2 1° And R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Consists Of 2 Lots, Each Of Which Will Give Rise To A Framework Agreement For The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount, In Accordance With Article R2162-4 Paragraph 2 Ccp. For All Lots, The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 2 Years, Renewable Once For An Identical Duration Of 2 Years, I.E. For A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years From Notification.
