The Municipality Of Het Hogeland Is Taking The Next Step In The Development Of The Development Square: A Modern And Future-Proof Place Where Residents Can Learn, Work, Develop And Meet Each Other. With This Project, The Municipality Invests In Opportunities For Everyone To Participate In Society. The Current Real Estate Of The Development Square No Longer Meets Todays Technical And Functional Requirements. The Buildings Suffer From Overdue Maintenance, Poor Insulation And Non-Arbo-Compliant Conditions, Making Renovation Not Feasible. This Hinders Further Development And Poses A Risk To Continuity Of Services. That Is Why It Was Decided To Build A New Building At A Location Within The Plan Area On The Nijverheidsweg And Industrieweg In Uithuizen.
