The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Services In Various Areas Of Responsibility In The Design And Implementation Of The Digitalization Strategies Of The Administrations In The States Of Bremen, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt And Schleswig-Holstein As Well As At Dataport Aör Itself. The Specific Services Result From The Draft Of The Service Description, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents. The Requirements For Each Job Profile/Career Level Can Be Found In The Draft Price Sheet, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents. The Contract Term Begins With The Acceptance Of The Contract, But No Earlier Than March 1St, 2027 And Ends On February 28Th, 2030. If The Client Has Not Confirmed The Stated Termination Date In Text Form By June 30, 2029, The Contract Will Be Extended By Another Year (Until February 28, 2031). The Actual Requirements Are Decisive For The Service Calls Under This Contract. A Final Binding Determination Is Not Linked To The Demand Estimate That Can Be Found In The Draft Price Sheet, So That There Is No (Minimum) Purchase Obligation.
