This Consultation Is Launched By The Support Establishment Of The Territorial Hospital Group (Ght) Drôme Ardèche Vercors In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R.6132-16 Of The Public Health Code. It Concerns The Laundry Inter-Hospitalière Vals De Drôme (Bih) --- Form Of The Contract This Is A Composite Contract (Ordinary And Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders): - A Fixed Part (Dpgf) Which Concerns The Operation Of The Installations, Preventive Maintenance And Routine Maintenance (Including Certain Supplies: Salt, Filters, Treatment, Electrodes, Ionization Probes, Etc.) - A Framework Agreement Part With Purchase Orders (Bpu) For Maintenance Services Excluding Package, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles R2121-8, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Has No Minimum But A Maximum Of 150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Duration Of The Contract.
