Law-Courts-Related Administrative Services – Victim Assistance Service In Andalusia Of The Province Of Almería (Sava). Contr 2026 138951. General Objective: Provide Comprehensive, Coordinated And Specialized Care And/Or Assistance To Victims Of Crime And Respond To Their Specific Needs In The Legal, Psychological And Social Fields, Through Interdisciplinary Intervention Of Its Technical Team, Under The Provisions Of The Aforementioned Regulations: Law 4/2015, Of April 27, Royal Decree 1109/2015, Of December 11, And Andalusian Decree 375/2011, Of December 30, Within The Province Of Almería. Specific Objectives: 1. Prevent All Forms Of Victimization And Promote The Protection Of Crime Victims In The Procedural Field. 2. Ensure And Promote The Rights Of Victims Before The Criminal Justice System, Offering Them Detailed Information In Simple And Accessible Language About What Their Rights Are And How To Exercise Them. 3. Ensure And Promote The Rights Of Victims Regardless Of Whether They Are Part Of A Criminal Process Or Have Decided Or Not To Take Some Type Of Action, And Even Prior To The Initiation Of The Criminal Process. 4. Bring Justice Closer To Citizens, Promoting Attention, Information And Guidance On Issues Related To The Administration Of Justice. 5. Inform And Guide On The Functions Of The Sava Through Informative And Preventive Activity Of All Forms Of Victimization. 6. Facilitate Collaboration, Coordination And Referral Between All Agencies, Institutions And Services That May Be Involved In Assisting Victims. 7. Develop Studies And Research On Different Aspects Of Victimization Based On The Results Of The Intervention Of The Sava Multidisciplinary Team, Which Allow The Prevention Of Victimization To Be Put Into Practice. 8. Evaluate The Performance Of The Service Provided. 9. How Many Others Can Be Determined In Application Of Decree 375/2011, Of December 30, Which Regulates The Victim Assistance Service In Andalusia, Of The Victim Statute, Regulated In Law 4/2015, Of April 27, And Its Implementing Regulations.
