Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Management Delegation Of The Public Sanitation Service For The Activities Swept, Washed And Sprinkled Public Roads In The Locality, Including The Collection And Transport Of Soil And Stone Waste From Public Roads To Waste Dumps, As Well As Waste From Street Bins To Waste Dumps And/Or Treatment Facilities In The Municipality Of Vulcan. The Management Delegation Of The Public Sanitation Service For The Activities Swept, Washed And Sprinkled Public Roads In The Locality, Including The Collection And Transport Of Soil And Stone Waste From Public Roads To Waste Dumps, As Well As Waste From Street Bins To Waste Dumps And/Or Treatment Facilities In The Municipality Of Vulcan. The Purpose Of The Public Service Procurement Contract Is To Ensure That The Public Sanitation Service, Which Is Part Of The Scope Of Community Public Utility Services, Is Carried Out In Good Conditions. The Estimated Total Value Of The Contract Is 13,750,000 Lei Without Vat, For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract, I.E. 5 Years. The Provision Of The Public Sanitation Service In The Municipality Of Vulcan Includes The Following Activities: A) Manual Sweeping Of Public Roads, Including Transport And Storage; B) Mechanized Sweeping Of Public Roads, Including Transport And Storage; C) Mechanized Washing Of Public Roads; D) Mechanized Spraying Of Public Roads; E) Maintenance Of Public Roads; F) Cleaned Gutters; G) Emptied Street Waste Bins; J) Mechanically Loaded Street Waste; All These Activities Mentioned Above Will Be Fully Complied With According To The Specification Attached To This Award Documentation, Which Was Approved By Hcl No. 101/2026. Attention: The Economic Operators Who Will Participate In This Public Procurement Contract Award Procedure Will Assume And Fully Respect All The Conditions And Provisions Of All The Documents That Are An Integrated Part Of This Award Documentation, Namely Specifications, Contractual Clauses, Opportunity Study And Regulations, These Documents Being Approved By Local Council Decision No. 101/2026.
