For The Smooth Implementation Of The Execution Works Provided For In The Investment Objective Solutions For Mitigating Flood Waves On The Corund Stream Upstream Of The Praid Locality, Harghita County, It Is Necessary To Ensure The Supervision Services That Will Ensure An Efficient Administration Of The Activities Regarding The Design And Follow-Up Of The Execution Of The Works As Well As Their Timely Implementation, Using All The Necessary Financial, Logistical And Human Resources. As A Result Of The Ecological Disaster Caused By The Dramatic Events That Began In May-June 2025, When Heavy Rains Led To The Flooding Of The Praid Salt Flats And, Subsequently, To A Massive Pollution Of The Watercourses In The Region, The Situation In The Perimeter Of The Salt Flats Is Kept Under Permanent Monitoring By The Competent Authorities, And The State Of Alert Is Still Maintained. Considering The Imperative Nature Of The Execution Of Flow Control Works On The Corund Stream, In Order To Protect The Population Of The Praid Locality And The Neighboring Areas, Against The Risks Generated By Exceeding The Flows, Which Can Lead To Infiltration And The Increase Of Salt Concentrations Above The Permitted Limits, With A Negative Impact On The Population And The Ecosystem Of The Mureș Hydrographic Basin, As Well As The Complexity Of The Situation And The Need For Urgent And Coordinated Interventions, The National Administration Romanian Waters (Anar) Initiates In The Name And For The Mureș Water Basin Administration, The Public Procurement Procedure For Awarding The Works Contract.
