Rolling Stock – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Emu130 Vehicles. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of (I) A Framework Agreement Pursuant To § 131 Of The Act Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Regulation Of The Procedure For Concluding Partial Purchase Contracts (Hereinafter Referred To As Purchase Agreements Or Individually Purchase Agreement) (I) For The Production And Supply Of Up To 10 Electrical Units Designated As Emu130 For The 25 Kv/50 Hz Ac System, Fully Suitable For Operation On Railway Lines With A Gauge Of 1,435 Mm In The Territory Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Units Or Separately Unit), Including All Permits, Approvals, Consents And Registrations (Registration In The Text Of This Tender Documentation Means All Registrations Having A Character Similar To Permission, Approval Or Consent), Which Are Necessary According To The Legislation Valid On The Date Of Handover Of The Relevant Unit To The Contracting Authority For The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Units (Mutually Compatible And Communicating) And Which Enable The Contracting Authority To Properly And Without Restrictions Operate And Use The Units In The Territory Of The Czech Republic And Further Including The Technical Documentation Belonging To The Relevant Units To The Extent Set Out In The Framework Agreement And In The Relevant Purchase Agreement; And/Or (Ii) The Supply Of Spare Parts And Components Of The Exchange System (Exchange System Spare Parts)
