The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery By The Contractor Using Its Own Transport (At The Contractors Expense And Risk) Of Liquid Fuels In The Form Of Diesel Oil To The Ordering Party To The Tank Included In The Fuel Terminal, Together With The Construction By The Contractor Of The Fuel Terminal In Question In The Ordering Partys Business Area - Plot No. 3/48 Created As A Result Of The Geodetic Division Of Plot No. 3/32 Located In Kłodzko At Dusznicka Street No. 1. 2. Diesel Oil Must Meet The Classification Based On Pn-En 590. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Diesel Oil Is 408 M³ For 24 Months. 4. Fuels Should Meet The Conditions Specified In The Current Standards: Pn-En 590, Pn-En 228 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Current Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. The Parameters Specified In The Indicated Legal Act Are The Minimum Parameters That The Offered Liquid Fuels Should Meet. 5. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Additional Services (E.G. Transport, Insurance During Transport, Loading, Unloading, Etc.) Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Activities And Works Related To The Assembly, Arrangement And Installation Of The Fuel Terminal Offered By The Contractor, Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Order And In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, In The Offer Price. 6. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Contract Template (Part Ii Of The Swz). 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Part Iii Of This Tor. 8. Whenever The Content Of The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Uses Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Certificates, Standards And Others Listed In The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Solution And Reserves The Right To Verify The Offered Equivalent Solutions At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Of 9 To An Equivalent Extent. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots.
