The Subject Of The Investment Event Is The Development And Submission Of Project Documentation In The Scope Of The Construction Project Up To The Stage Of The Execution Project For The Construction Of The Building (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation Or Pd) In The Scope Of The Relevant Annex Of The Unika Price List For Proposing Bid Prices For Project Works And Engineering Activities As Valid At The Time Of Its Processing (Hereinafter Referred To As The Unika Price List) And In The Scope Of Annex No. 18 Decrees Of The Office For Spatial Planning And Construction Of The Slovak Republic No. 60/2025 Coll. On The Structure And Operation Of The Spatial Planning And Construction Information System, On The Content Of Submissions And The Content And Scope Of Construction Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 60/2025 Coll.) For The Reconstruction Of Building No. 36 On Plot No. 690/30 Title Deed No. 52, K. U. Martin. The Land Is Settled Under Property Law In The Ownership Of The Slovak Republic And Under The Administration Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Slovak Republic. The Project Documentation Deals With The Complex Reconstruction Of The Building, Which Will Ensure Satisfactory Conditions For The Accommodation Of Members Of The Armed Forces Of The Slovak Republic And Provide Adequate Facilities For The Instructors Providing The Training. The Building Includes A Hall Of Honor And Glory And A Chapel. The Implementation Of The Investment Event Will Improve Working And Hygienic Conditions.
