Restoration Work – Support And Renovation Work For Mollien-Bord De Leau Offices. The Purpose Of This Operation Is To Carry Out Interventions Located In The Mollien And Bord De Leau Wings Of The Louvre In Paris And Mainly Concern: - The Renovation Or Refreshing Of Offices With Occasional Modifications To The Installation Of Partitions - Support For Hvac Work As Part Of The Replacement Of Fan Convectors - Possibly The Refreshing And Bringing Into Conformity Of Stairwells (Pse) - Possibly The Complete Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities (Pse). All Of The Expected Work, Execution Methods And Site Constraints Are Detailed In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). Location Of Work: Louvre Museum – 75001 Paris. The Construction Of These Works Will Have To Face Several Constraints: - An Intervention On An Occupied Site On One Of The Museums Receiving The Most Visitors In France Involving Strict Application Of Safety Rules And Rigorous Management Of Construction Site Nuisances Such As Noise, Vibrations And Dust; - Constraints Of Accessibility And Transport Of Materials; - In General, All The Constraints Defined In The Contract Documents And In Particular In The Cctp And The Site Organization Documents.
