Financial Management Consultancy Services – Support And Advice For The Management Of Cipav’S Financial Assets. 1) Nature And Scope Of The Services Provided: The Holder Must Have A General Knowledge Of The Operating Processes Of A Pension Fund Or Similar Organizations And In Particular A Very Good Command Of The Regulations Which Apply To Them In Terms Of Financial Investments (Compliance With The “Risk” Imperatives Of The Fund). The Holder Takes All Reasonable Measures To Prevent Possible Conflicts Of Interest From Harming The Interests Of The Cipav, In Accordance With Its Conflict Of Interest Management Policy And The Terms Of Article R. 139-13 Of The Social Security Code. As Part Of This Contract, The Holder Will Have To Provide Eleven Categories Of Services. The Pricing Will Therefore Vary Depending On The Recurrence (Flat Rate) Or The One-Off Nature (Unitary) Of The Service. If Additional Services Were Requested In The Area Of ​​Portfolio Management, They Would Be The Subject Of A Purchase Order On The Basis Of A Quote Based On Units Of Work.
