Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Treatment Of Specific Diffuse Waste (Dds), Outside The “Eco Dds” Rep Sector, Coming From Recycling Centers In The Territory Of The Mixed Union Of The Department Of Oise. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Containers, The Separate Collection And Transport As Well As The Treatment Of Dds, Outside The “Eco-Dds” Rep Sector, Collected From Recycling Centers Throughout The Unions Territory. The Main Services To Be Provided Are: • The Provision Of Suitable Containers (With Appropriate Signage) For Sorting And Storing Waste Collected At The Unions Recycling Centers; • The Removal And Organization Of Loading Of Packaged Msds Into The Holders Collection Vehicles; • Quality Control Of Dds Supported, Where Applicable, Application Of Procedures For Reporting And/Or Declassifying Flows; • Collection And Transport Of Waste From The Unions Various Recycling Centers To The Approved Treatment Center(S); • Where Applicable, The Transit And Grouping Of The Msds On A Platform, And In This Case, The Reloading And Transport Of The Flows To The Approved Processing Center(S); • The Purchase Of Batteries Collected In Recycling Centers; • Treatment Of Dds In Approved Units; • Management Of Evacuated Tonnages; • The Provision Of Personnel Trained In The Transport Of Dangerous Materials (Adr) And The Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Service; • The Return Of Waste Tracking Slips Via Trackdéchets; • The Transmission Of The Traceability Elements Necessary To Obtain Support From Eco-Organizations By The Smdo. The Services Include All Supplies, Labor, Materials, Transport, Miscellaneous Maintenance Costs And Depreciation Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Services Defined In These Technical Specifications.
