Structural Shell Work – Earthworks, Geothermal Drilling And Structural Work To Be Carried Out In The Interest Of Administrative Buildings For The Esm (European Stability Mechnism) And The State In Luxembourg-Kirchberg. The Construction Plot Is Located Between Antoine De Saint-Exupéry, Albert Wehrer, Alcide De Gasperi And Léon Hammes Streets. 3 Buildings Are Planned To Be Constructed. The New Administrative Headquarters Of The European Stability Mechanism (Esm) And Two Other Administrative Buildings Intended For State Needs, Namely The Adm (État) And Lux Buildings. The Site Extends Over Approximately 1.6 Ha And Has A Height Difference Of 7 Meters, Going From The South-West Point To The North-East Point. The Total Gross Surface Area Of The Esm Building Is +/- 20,000 M2, Spread Over R+6 Floors And 1 Basement. The Total Gross Surface Area Of The Adm Building (Etat) Is +/- 23,500 M2, Distributed Over A Base Of R+5 Floors, A Tower Of R+16 Floors And A Technical Floor. In The Center Of The Base Is A Covered Atrium. The Total Gross Surface Area Of The Lux Building Is +/- 10,500 M2, Spread Over R+5 Floors. The Adm And Lux Buildings Have A Common Basement On 2 Levels. The Duration Of The Work Is 558 Working Days, Starting At The Start Of The First Half Of 2027. The Work Is Awarded At Unit Prices.
