The Construction And Real Estate Company Nrw, Nl Duisburg, Is Planning The Renovation Of The Former Oberhausen-Mitte Office Location, Friedensplatz 2-5 In 46045 Oberhausen, Which Is Partly Under Monument Protection, As Well As A Comprehensive Redesign. The Subject Of The Renovation Work Are Four Separate Building Areas: 1.) Main Building (Listed Monument) 2.) Workshop Building (Not Listed) 3.) Driving Station / Former Gas Station (Not Listed) 4.) Washing Hall (Not Listed) The Following Services Are To Be Provided: Clearing Of The Existing Building, Protection Or Expansion And Storage Of Listed Components For Later Reuse By The Company, Gutting, Remediation Of Pollutants, Dismantling Of Components And Partition Walls Still Remaining In The Building, Disposal Of All Types Of Waste. The Aim Of Pollutant Remediation Is To Prepare The Buildings For Subsequent Processing By Subsequent Trades. When Planning The Renovation Work, It Must Be Taken Into Account That The Work Corresponding To The Building Areas, Part A (Workshop Building, Dispatch Station, Washing Hall) And Part B (Main Building) Should Be Carried Out In Parallel In A Timely Manner.
