The Subject Of This Procedure Are The Planning Services Required For This: Basic Services Of Specialist Planning For Technical Building Equipment, Service Phases 1-9 In Accordance With § 53 I. V. M. Annex 15 Hoai For The System Groups 1 Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems, 2 Heat Supply Systems, 3 Ventilation Systems, 4 Power Systems, 5 Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems, 7 Use-Specific Systems And 8 Building Automation. The Aim Of The Project Is To Build A Modern, Functional And Economical Cafeteria, A Multifunctional Meeting Place In The Sense Of An Auditorium Or A Multi-Purpose Room As Well As A Sustainable, Barrier-Free One And Sustainable Building Solution. The Cafeteria Should Be Used For Daily Lunch As Well As For School And, If Necessary, Public Events And Should Be Suitable For Flexible Subsequent Use.
