Purpose Of Services: Collection, Transport And Treatment Of Screening Waste And All Waste Collected - Mixed - In Wheelie Bins On Inasep Wastewater Treatment Works. This Contract Includes The Following Services: - The Collection And Transport Of Wheeled Bins Of Screening Waste And Everything Coming From The Inasep Purification Stations To One Or More Treatment Lines; - Waste Treatment Operations Following The Sector(S) Proposed By The Bidder; - Taking Charge Of The Administrative Procedures Necessary For The Operation Of The Waste Treatment Sector(S); - The Provision Of Documents Allowing The Contracting Authority To Ensure Complete Traceability Of Screening Waste. The Adjudicator Reserves The Right To Exclude During The Contract Any Subcontracting Sector Or Company If He Considers That The Sector And/Or The Company Does Not, Or No Longer, Respect The Legislation In Force, Or Does Not, Or No Longer, Show All The Evidence Of Complete Traceability, Without Modification Of The Market Prices. This Market Includes 2 Items: - Rental Of Wheeled Bins; - Emptying Trash Cans, Transporting And Disposing Of Waste. The Contract Can Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times. This Contract Is A Single Lot To The Extent That The 2 Positions Cannot Be Separated For Technical Reasons (Equipment Suitable For Lifting The Bins And Responsibility For The Integrity Of The Emptied Bins). The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For Any Damage It Causes To Containers Or Station Installations. Also A Visit To At Least One Site Is Recommended (See § “Contact Persons”).
