Architecture: An Architect - Within The Meaning Of The Law Of January 3, 1977 On Architecture Or Joint Group Of Architects (Compulsory Presence Of An Architect Registered With The Order Of Architects Or Possessing A Diploma Recognized Under Directive No. 85-384 Cee Of June 10, 1985), 2. Engineering Tce: Design Office For All Trades Or A Group Of Specialized Design Offices With At Least Skills In: - Structure And Soil, - Fluids, - Roads Networks Miscellaneous, - Radiation Protection, - Building Thermal And Energy Performance, - Environmental Studies And Environmental Quality Of Constructions. 3. Construction Economics: A Construction Economist (Who Can Be Internal Or External To The Main Architectural Firm Or Design Office). Economic Operators Can Submit An Application As An Individual Economic Operator Or As A Group Of Economic Operators. Whatever The Form Of The Group (Joint Or Several), In Accordance With Article R.2142-24 Of The Public Procurement Code, One Of The Economic Operators Who Is A Member Of This Group Must Be Designated As Agent.
