Hus-Yhtymä (Hereafter Also Procurement Unit Or Customer) Requests Offers For A Fully Automatic Staining Device To Be Purchased For The Hus Diagnostic Centers Special Hematology Laboratory, Which Is Used To Stain Blood Smear Preparations, Puncture Smear And Cytocentrifuge Preparations, And Bone Marrow Extract Preparations. The Subject Of Procurement Is A Fully Automatic Staining Device Intended For May-Grünwald-Giemsa (Mgg) Staining Of Hematological Samples. The Purchase Includes The Device And Equipment-Related Accessories. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That Coasters Are Not Included In The Purchase. Different Technologies Of Dyeing Equipment Are Taken Into Account In The Competition. The Purchase Of The Equipment Must Include Ce/Ivd Marked Color Reagents. The Device Should Be Suitable For Staining Blood Smear Preparations, Puncture Smear And Cytocentrifuge Preparations, And Bone Marrow Extract Preparations. The Device Will Be Used For Staining Diagnostic Morphological Samples To Be Read By A Doctor, In Which Case The Staining Quality Must Be Of A High Level To Guarantee Reliable Diagnostics. The Staining Quality Must Be Such That The Morphology Of The Cell Lines Can Be Evaluated In The Sample Preparations Of All Sample Qualities To Be Stained, Which Requires The Staining, E.G. High-Quality Staining Of Nuclear Morphology, Cytoplasmic Color And Slight Cytoplasmic Granulation. The Staining Quality Must Be Such That The Morphology Of The Cell Lines Can Be Easily Evaluated In The Preparations Of All Sample Types To Be Stained. The Coloring Quality Is Tested In A Possible Trial Run, Where At Least Three Experts Evaluate The Quality Of The Coloring Independently. The Cost Per Sample Is Used As The Comparison Price For The Purchase, Which Takes Into Account The Purchase Price Of The Device, The Calculated Amount Of Reagents Per Sample, And Maintenance Costs. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Tendered Procurement Forms A Single Entity And Dividing It Into Parts Would Make The Implementation Of The Contract Too Difficult Technically And Contractually. The Validity Of The Supply Contract And Maintenance Contract Is Tied To The Equipments Life Cycle. Agreements End The Moment The Subscriber Removes The Devices From Use. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Acquire Two (2) Option Devices Under The Terms Of The Device Agreement In Appendix 4 Of The Tender Request. A Separate Decision Will Be Made On The Acquisition Of Option Devices. However, The Decision Must Be Made Within Three (3) Years Of The Contract Being Signed. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices.
