The Contracting Authority Intends To Purchase The Design Services Related To The Technical Interventions Necessary To Ensure The Appropriate Operational Behavior Of The National Arena Stadium, Based On The Conclusions And Recommendations Resulting From The Technical Expertise Carried Out On The Construction In 2025. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is The Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation And The Intervention Solutions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Measures Established By The Technical Expertise, In Order To Ensure The Proper Behavior Of The Construction Over Time, Under The Action Of Permanent Loads, Operational Loads And Climatic Factors. The Design Services Will Take Into Account:  The Transposition Into Technical Solutions Of The Measures Recommended By Expertise;  Detailing Interventions On Structural And/Or Non-Structural Elements, As Appropriate;  Establishing The Phasing Of The Works, So As To Ensure The Continuity Of The Objectives Operation;  Compliance With The Essential Requirements Regarding Mechanical Strength And Stability, Operational Safety, Durability And Compliance With The Applicable Technical Regulations.
