Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – N09.56 Mp-240009 - Em Bex Nord - Martigny - Traffic Engineer - Phases Mk To 53 (Id 11713). The N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny Section (Approx. 15.8 Km) Extends From Km 56.222, At The Limit Of Subsidiary 1 (Estavayer-Le-Lac), To Km 72.000, Perimeter Of The Ep Martigny & Environs Project, Completed In 2023. It Includes The Two Half-Junctions Of Bex And The Junction Of St-Maurice. The Project Aims To Remedy Certain Deficiencies In The Infrastructure And Extend Its Effective Life By Approximately 15 Years. The Work Mainly Concerns The Replacement Of Coverings, The Adaptation Of Rest Areas And Measurements On Several Structures. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Services Of The Project Author (Apr) And Local Works Directorate (Dlt) Traffic For The Entire Section And For The Phases Going From The Intervention Concept (Mk) To Commissioning (Ms). Main Services: * Traffic Phase Planning: Development Of The Traffic Management Concept (Cgt) And The Initial Guc. * Temporary Marking And Security: Definition Of Temporary Marking And Security Devices. * Traffic Management Devices: Design And Coordination Of Site Regulation And Signaling Installations. * Final Horizontal Signage: Restoration Of Final Markings After Work. * Work Monitoring (Dlt + Coordination): Monitoring Of Implementation, On-Site Adjustments And Participation In Interdisciplinary Coordination. Objective: To Ensure The Safety, Fluidity And Readability Of Traffic During All Phases Of The Project.
