The Contract Is Performed As A Unit Price Contract, Where The Unit Is The Emptying Time Of The Collection Device. The Emptying Prices Must Include All The Costs Of Emptying And Transport. In Addition To The Waste Act And Regulation And Other Related Legislation, The Contractor Must Comply With Municipal Waste Management Regulations.
