Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works - Processing Of Project Documentation - Strategic Business Park Cheb. The Client Intends To Implement A Construction Project Called Strategic Business Park Cheb (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction). The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With Generally Binding Regulations And To Such An Extent And Quality That, On Its Basis, A Final Decision To Permit The Project Can Be Issued In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended. The Project Documentation Will Be Further Processed In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer For The Implementation Of The Plan So That, On The Basis Of It, The Contracting Authority Can Carry Out Any Proper Procurement Procedure For The Project Implementer, I.E. At Least In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer For The Implementation Of The Plan In The Sense Of § 92 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended, And Related Implementing Regulations (In Particular Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On Determining The Scope Of Documentation Of A Public Contract For Construction Works And An Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions, As Amended). The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Provision Of Professional Cooperation By The Contracting Authority In The Implementation Of Other Activities Related To The Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes To The Procurement Documentation.
