The Subject Of The Order Is To Establish Framework Conditions For Public Procurement, Carried Out On The Basis Of Executive Contracts, Which May Be Awarded To The Contractor During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Contract For: Delivery And Assembly Of Metal And Wooden City Benches As Well As Dismantling, Disposal And Relocation Of Old Benches In The Capital City. Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Annexes To The Opz Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party May Award The Contracts Referred To In Section 1, For The Successive Deliveries And Assembly Of Metal And Wooden City Benches As Well As The Dismantling, Disposal And Relocation Of Old Benches In The Capital City Area. As Part Of The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Conclude Executive Agreements In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In Art. 314 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act (The Template Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Framework Agreement), For Which The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Will Be Specified In The Request For Quotation In The Procurement Procedure. 5.
