As Part Of The Roof Repair Work On Its Two Specialized Reception Centers, Which Will Take Place In Several Phases, The Epsm De Le Sarthe Has Chosen To Rent A Set Of Modular Buildings, In Order To Support Its Residents In The Best Possible Conditions Without Reducing Capacity. The Aim Is To Ensure The Continuity Of Its Services And Activities During The Roof Repair Work On Existing Buildings. This Set Of Modular Buildings, In Compliance With Erp Regulations, Will Be Installed On The Two Locations Of The Two Mas: Mas De Lhuisne 2 Rue Thérèse Fontaine Bertrand 72100 Le Mans Mas Les Amaryllis 24 Avenue Du 19 Mars 1962 72100 - Allonnes This Contract Is A Contract Comprising A Fixed Price Part And A Purchase Order Part, For The Additional Rental Of Modular Buildings. The Consistency Of The Services Is Described In Detail In The Cctp. It Is Broken Down As Follows, For Each Mas: - The Development Of The Building Permit Application File, - The Delivery Of The Modular Buildings, In Compliance With The Constraints And Planning, As Referred To And Attached To The Cctp, - The Initial Assembly Of The Modular Buildings As Well As Their Connection To The Various Networks, - The Complete And Final Dismantling Of All The Modular Buildings. The Services Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Forecast Schedule Attached To The Cctp, It Being Specified That The Parties May Modify This Schedule By Mutual Agreement, Which Will Be Co-Signed By The Public Entity And The Holder. The Services Must Then Be Carried Out In Accordance With This New Definitive Schedule. The Services Will Be Carried Out Partly In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract (Fixed Price) And Partly In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-5 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code (Additional Rental). The Maximum Amount Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract Is €250,000 Excluding Tax For The Framework Agreement Part. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Greater Than 4 Years. In Fact, The Additional Rental Is Linked To The Progress Of The Roof Repair Work On The Two M.A.S. And It Cannot Be Dissociated From The Ordinary Market (Fixed Part).
