The Purpose Of The Consultation Is The Organization Of Annual Senior Banquets, Organized Each Year At The End Of October, Over 3 Days From Friday To Sunday, At The Léon Roge Gymnasium In Dieppe. Aimed At People Aged 65 And Over, This Event Welcomes Up To 675 People Each Day. This Consultation Was Carried Out By Open Call For Tenders Procedure In Application Of Articles L2124.1, L2124.2 And R2124-2 1° And R2161-2 To R2161-6 Of The Public Order Code. The Services Will Be The Subject Of Purchase Orders Established Gradually According To Needs. The Framework Agreement Has No Minimum But A Maximum Amount For Its Entire Duration Within The Meaning Of Article R2162-4 Of The Public Order Code. The Maximum Unit Price Of A Meal Is Set At 34.40 Euros Including Tax For Seniors. The Maximum Unit Price Of A Meal Is Set At 15 Euros Including Tax For Service Staff And Artists. Bidders Will Not Be Able To Exceed The Maximum Amount Allocated To The Unit Price Of The Aforementioned Meals. If These Prices Are Exceeded, The Offer Will Be Considered Irregular And Rejected Without Being Analyzed.
