Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Execution Of Public Transport Services On Demand In The Territory Of Grand Cubzaguais Community Of Communes 2027 - 2030. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Entrust A Service Provider With The Execution Of Public Transport Services On Demand (Tad), Door To Door And By Reservation, On The Sole Territory Of The Grand Cubzaguais Community Of Communes (16 Municipalities) And To Certain External Destinations Defined In The Cctp. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region Remains The Mobility Organizing Authority And Retains Management Of The Regional Reservation And Planning Tool (Cityway), While The Grand Cubzaguais Community Of Communes Manages The Service On Its Territory, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Transport Code And The Delegation Of Authority Agreement.
