The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Consisting Of The Takeover, Operation Support, Development, Extended Support, Provision Of Licenses, Maintenance And Exit Of Software Tools Of The Ca - System Of Operation Security Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications (Hereinafter Referred To As The Szp Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications), All Within The Scope And In Accordance With These Tender Conditions. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 38 Months (2 Months For Takeover + 36 Months Of Operation Support). The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Conditions Of Its Performance, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Are Further Specified In More Detail In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation, In Particular In Annex B - Binding Model Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Or Binding Model Of The Contract) And Their Annexes.
