In This Respect, Ukm Im Assumes A Coordinating Role For The Present Procurement Procedure And Acts As The Client. The Preparation And Implementation Of These Projects On The Ukm Campus Entail A Variety Of Smaller Measures And Projects. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Implementation Of A Common Data Environment (Cde) As A Cloud Solution To Support The Construction And Infrastructure Projects Of The University Hospital Of Münster (Ukm). The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement That Will Enable The Client To Quickly Provide A Central, Uniform And Audit-Proof Platform For The Collaboration Of All Parties Involved In Planning, Construction And Operation (E.G. Client Representatives, External Planning Offices, Construction Companies) For The Various Measures. Scope Of Services The Exact Scope Of The Services Required Cannot Currently Be Determined. To Estimate The Scope Of Services, The Client Assumes Up To Twenty Measures Of Different Sizes. In Order To Receive Reasonably Realistic Offers For This Tender, The Following Quantity Structure Is Specified. 5 Measures With Production Costs Of Eur 1-10 Million 3 Measures With Production Costs Of Eur 10-25 Million 8 Measures With Production Costs Of Eur 25-50 Million 3 Measures With Production Costs Of Eur 50-100 Million 1 Measures With Production Costs Of Over Eur 100 Million Contract Term The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Concluded And Initially Ends On April 30, 2028. The Contract Is Automatically Extended For A Further Two Years Unless A Framework Contract Partner Terminates The Contract In Writing At Least 6 Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Contract Term Ends Without Prior Notice No Later Than April 30, 2030. Once The Framework Agreement Expires, No Further Calls Will Be Made. All Project Platforms Commissioned Up To That Point Will Continue To Operate Until The Respective Projects Are Completed.
