Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation Of The Multi-Raquet Complex At The Moliets-Et-Maa Golf Site. This Agreement Concerns The Operation, Rehabilitation, Modernization And Revitalization Of The Multi-Raquette Complex On The Moliets-Et-Maâ Golf Site. This Is An Open Procedure Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct. This Contract Takes Effect From January 1, 2027 And Will End On May 31, 2040. Its Overall Duration Is 13 Years And 5 Months. The Duration Of The Concession Is Deemed To Allow The Amortization Of The Work Carried Out By The Concessionaire. It Was Also Determined To Coincide With The Expiry Of The Golf Public Service Delegation Contract Concluded With The Résonance Group (June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2040), Allowing The Syndicat Mixte To Understand The Overall Management Of The Site At The End Of The Two Contracts. The Delegatee Will Be Responsible For The Following Missions: - The Management And Operation Of All The Equipment Made Available (Indoor And Outdoor Courts, Tennis Club House, Annex Buildings); - The Preservation Of A Dominant “Tennis” On The Site, With The Desire To Develop Complementary Sports And Leisure Activities: Candidates Freely Offering Complementary Activities With Regard To Their Project, In Compliance With The Public Service Constraints Defined Below; - Carrying Out The Investments Necessary For The Rehabilitation, Modernization And Revitalization Of The Site; - Collection Of Operating Revenues From Users And, Where Applicable, Third Parties; - No Financial Participation From The Mixed Union Is Planned. The Dealer Must Present An Affiliation Number To The French Tennis Federation (Fft). This May Require The Establishment Of A Sports Association. Beyond The Institutional Affiliation, The Concessionaire Is Required To Set Up A Structural Partnership With The Landes De Tennis Departmental Committee (Fft).
