The Description Of The Subject Of Procurement Is Fully Determined In The Technical Specifications (Annex 1). Bidders Are Obliged To Offer The Subject Of Procurement In Accordance With The Requirements And Needs Of The Client Described In The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of Procurement And All Other Conditions And Requirements Specified In This Documentation. The Subject Of Procurement Includes Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Purchased Goods To Full Functionality. The Procurement Subject Also Includes Education, Whereby In Relation To The Tandem Mass Spectrometer (Ms/Ms), The Selected Bidder Undertakes To Provide The Following: • Mandatory Application Support (In Croatian Or English) With Documented Experience In Quantitative Lc-Ms/Ms Analysis Of Peptides And/Or Small Molecules. • Basic Training For 5 People On The Instrument In The Users Laboratory For 40 Hours (Basics Of Work, Maintenance, Method Development, Quantitative Data Processing). • Additional Online Support And At Least 2 Days Of Advanced Education In The First Year Of Work (Possible Combined Online/On-Site). While Education For A Centrifuge With Cooling Includes: • Education Of The User To Work With The Device. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer A Minimum 36-Month Full Warranty On The Lc‑Ms/Ms System And Nitrogen Generator, Including Labor, Parts And Travel Expenses Of The Service Technician, And A Minimum Of 12 Months For The Cooling Centrifuge. The Warranty Period For The Elimination Of Defects Starts From The Day Of Successful Handover. A Successful Handover Implies Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation To Full Functionality, As Well As Completed Education, Which Is Compiled In A Handover Record Signed By The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Bidder. The Item Of Purchase Is Delivered With The Associated User Manual In Croatian Or English And Latin Script, Which Contains Instructions On Installation, Handling And Maintenance. The Subject Of Purchase And All Its Parts, As Well As Spare Parts, Must Be Compatible With The Voltage And Frequency Of The Croatian Power Grid. Mass Spectrometer Service: • The Subject Of Procurement Includes Equipment Service During The Warranty Period, As A Result Of Which The Bidder Is Obliged To Continuously Provide Authorized Service Support. • Response To The Service: Diagnosing The Fault Within 2 Working Days Of Receiving The Request, And Eliminating The Fault Within A Maximum Of 5 Working Days After Diagnosing The Fault. • Guaranteed Availability Of Original Spare Parts And Consumables For At Least 5 Years From Delivery. Technical Specifications The Technical Specification Requirements Of The Procurement Item, Its Type, Quality, Minimum Characteristics And Quantity Are Shown In Annex 1 As An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Offered Products And Goods Must Fully Meet All The Required Conditions From The Technical Specifications, And Bidders Are Not Prevented From Offering A Product With Better Characteristics Than Those Requested. The Requirements Defined In Annex 1. - Technical Specifications Represent The Minimum Technical Requirements That The Offered Goods Must Meet, Except For Points 10 And 11 Of Annex 1, Which N
