Brakes And Brake Parts – Purchase Of Brake Parts For A Mercedes-Benz Bus. Procurement Of Brake And Air System Parts For Mercedes-Benz Buses Of The M3 Category Within The Framework Of A Sales Contract. Total Quantity (Planned): 5,860 Quantity Units (Me)/24 Months, As Follows: 5,210 Pieces (Db)/ 24 Months 642 Sets (Gn)/ 24 Months 8 Sets (Kl)/ 24 Months Details Of Which Are Included In The Price Table And Technical Description. The Specified Quantities Were Determined Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Amount Fixed In The Contract. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Determination Of The Framework Amount Of This Invitation To Tender Vi.3. It Is Done In The Manner Specified In The Point Of Additional Information (Subpoint 17 Of Field Bt-300), Taking Into Account The Total Price Of The Winning Bid. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. As A Professional Offer, The Bidder Must State The Manufacturer And The Manufacturers Identification Number Of The Products To Be Delivered, As Well As Whether The Offered Products Are Vehicle Manufacturers/Main Unit Manufacturers (Chassis), Or First Installed, Or Replacement Products. Due To The Warranty Conditions Of The Buses, The Tenderer Accepts Only Oe-Certified Vehicle Manufacturer Or Oem-Certified First Installation Products For The Products Marked Separately In Column E Of The Price Table. In The Case Of The Other Products, It Is Also Possible To Offer A Substitute Product. The Bidder Must Certify The Vehicle Manufacturer/Main Unit Manufacturer (Chassis)/Originally Installed/Substitute Product Quality Of The Products In Accordance With The Technical Description. The Bidder Automatically Classifies Non- Or Inadequately Certified Parts As Substitute Products And Invites The Bidder To Submit The Documents Detailed In The Technical Description. The Bidder Must State, Among Other Things, The Following In His Offer, Signed In A Corporate Manner: • The Agreed Delivery Deadline (No More Than 10 Working Days); • The Agreed Warranty Period Is 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt, In The Event Of A Breakdown During The Warranty Period, You Undertake To Compensate For The Damages Resulting From The Breakdown Without A Mileage Limit; • Begins The Repair Of The Warranty Defect Within 2 Working Days And Completes It Within 5 Working Days, But No Later Than The Original Delivery Deadline; • The Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Products Offered For Purchase Correspond To Those Specified In The Un-Ece Regulations For Issuing Permits; • Provides The Necessary Seals, Fixing And Connecting Elements For The Components, As Appropriate; • The Bidder Á
