Gamma Cameras – Purchase Of Gamma Cameras With Adaptation Of Rooms For The Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center In Kielce Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Local Government Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Gamma Camera, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Spect/Ct System Together With The Necessary Equipment, Software And Licenses, Adaptation And Installation Works, Integration With Pacs/Ris/His Systems, Delivery Of As-Built Documentation, Conducting The Required Training And Providing Service And Warranty, In Accordance With The Opz And Pfu Constituting An Annex To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In: Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz; Annex No. 10 To Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Entire Subject Of The Order In The Following Stages: Stage I: Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Brand New Gamma Kamera Spect/Ct System Along With Equipment, Software, Licenses, Documentation And Performance Of All Works Necessary To Achieve Full Functionality Of The System, Including Adaptation Of The Premises (Excluding Specialist Training) Stage Ii: Implementation Of Specialist Training Including: A) Training At The National Reference Center, With The Possibility Of Replacing It With A Training Course Carried Out On Site The Republic Of Poland, After Consultation With The Users - For A Total Of At Least 5 Person-Days; B) Improvement Training Carried Out As Part Of The Annual European Congress Of Nuclear Medicine Eanm Or Another Foreign Congress Or Course In The Field Of Nuclear Medicine - For A Total Of 15 Person-Days.
