According To The Requirements Detailed In The Specification, The Object Of The Contract Is Composed Of The Following Components, Which Form A Unified Whole: Component 1 – Digital Conversion: Digital Conversion Services For A Volume Of 650,000 Pages (Scanning, Ocr, Indexing, Delivery And Uploading To The Provided Platforms); Component 2 – Additional Processing: Advanced Indexing, Automatic Classification, Ocr Quality Improvement On The 1,450,000 Pages Already Scanned; Component 3 – Electronic Registry And Document Management: Implementation Of The Electronic Registry And The Operative Electronic Archive; Component 4 – Cim/Cas Contract Management: Implementation Of The Digital Management Of Sports Activity Contracts And Individual Labor Contracts; Component 5 – Internal Audit Module: Implementation Of The Software Solution Dedicated To The Internal Audit Department; Component 6 – Managerial Internal Control Module (Scim): Implementation Of The Software Solution For The Managerial Internal Control System; Component 7 – Hardware Infrastructure Upgrade: 1 Professional Production Scanning System, 1 Registration Scanner, Infrastructure Monitoring System; Component 8 – The Physical Archive Management Module: The Implementation Of The Software Solution For The Management Of The Physical Archive (Storage Space Mapping, File Location, Inventory, Records, Handover-Receipt And Scrapping Minutes), Natively Integrated With The Scanning Equipment Offered And With The Existing Document Management Platform; Cross-Cutting Services: Analysis And Design, Integrated Testing, User Training, Go-Live, Post-Implementation Support.
